These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile game WiseMan – Mafia Simulator (“the Game”), developed by Mahmut Akyol (“we”, “us”). To play the Game you must read and accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
You must be old enough to use the Game under the age rating shown in your app store and the laws of your country. If you are a minor where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms for you.
The Game is a text-based life simulation for entertainment. All characters, families, organizations, places and events are fictional; any resemblance to real persons or groups is coincidental. Depictions of crime, violence, corruption, drugs or gambling are simulated story elements and do not encourage, endorse or teach illegal activity.
Simulated gambling in the Game uses only in-game currency. It offers no real money, prizes or anything of real-world value, and success in it does not imply success at real gambling.
In-game health, legal, financial or relationship outcomes are game mechanics, not professional advice.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the Game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not:
The Game, its text, art, music and code belong to us or our licensors.
The Game may offer virtual items such as gems, packs, expansions and ad removal. When you buy them you receive a limited license to use that content in the Game; you do not own it. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money.
Purchases are processed by Apple, Google or Huawei under their terms. Refunds are handled by the store you bought from, according to its policies and the law that applies to you. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.
The Game is free and shows ads, including optional rewarded ads. How ad data is processed, and the consent choices you have, are described in the Privacy Policy.
If you send ideas or feedback (for example through the in-game wish box), you allow us to use them to improve the Game without any obligation to you. Please do not include personal data or anything unlawful.
Your progress is stored on your device. Uninstalling the Game, clearing its data or losing the device can delete it, and we cannot restore it. We may update, change or discontinue features, content or the Game itself.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of data or progress, or for any decision you make in real life based on the Game. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the Game in the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits; in that case they apply only as far as the law allows.
Please play responsibly and take breaks.
These Terms are between you and us, not Apple, Google or Huawei, who are not responsible for the Game or its content. If you downloaded the Game from the Apple App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms.
We may update these Terms. If a change is significant, the Game will ask you to accept the new version before you continue playing. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.

Bu Kullanım Koşulları, Mahmut Akyol tarafından geliştirilen WiseMan – Mafia Simulator mobil oyununun (“Oyun”) kullanımını düzenler. Oyunu oynamak için bu Koşulları ve Gizlilik Politikası’nı okuyup kabul etmelisin. Kabul etmiyorsan Oyunu kullanma.
Mağazandaki yaş derecelendirmesine ve ülkenin yasalarına göre Oyunu kullanacak yaşta olmalısın. Yaşadığın yerde reşit değilsen bu Koşulları ebeveynin ya da yasal vasin senin adına okuyup kabul etmelidir.
Oyun eğlence amaçlı, metin tabanlı bir hayat simülasyonudur. Bütün karakterler, aileler, örgütler, yerler ve olaylar kurgudur; gerçek kişi ya da gruplarla benzerlik tesadüftür. Suç, şiddet, yolsuzluk, uyuşturucu ya da kumar tasvirleri simüle edilmiş hikâye öğeleridir; yasa dışı hiçbir eylemi teşvik etmez, onaylamaz ya da öğretmez.
Oyundaki simüle kumar yalnız oyun içi para kullanır; gerçek para, ödül ya da gerçek değeri olan hiçbir şey sunmaz ve oyundaki başarı gerçek kumarda başarı anlamına gelmez. Oyundaki sağlık, hukuk, finans ya da ilişki sonuçları oyun mekaniğidir, profesyonel tavsiye değildir.
Sana Oyunu sahip olduğun ya da kontrol ettiğin cihazlarda, ticari olmayan kişisel eğlencen için kullanma konusunda sınırlı, kişisel, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez ve geri alınabilir bir izin veriyoruz. Oyunu kopyalayamaz, değiştiremez, yasanın açıkça izin verdiği durumlar dışında tersine mühendislik yapamaz; hile, bot, değiştirilmiş istemci ya da açık kullanamaz; Oyunu, ilerlemeni ya da sanal ögeleri satamaz, kiraya veremez, devredemezsin.
Elmas, paket, genişleme ve reklamsızlık gibi sanal ögeler satın aldığında o içeriği Oyunda kullanma iznini alırsın; sahibi olmazsın. Sanal ögelerin gerçek parasal değeri yoktur ve paraya çevrilemez. Satın almalar Apple, Google ya da Huawei tarafından kendi koşullarıyla işlenir; iadeler satın aldığın mağazanın politikasına ve sana uygulanan yasaya göre yapılır. Bu Koşullar, zorunlu tüketici mevzuatından doğan haklarını kısıtlamaz.
Oyun ücretsizdir ve reklam gösterir; reklam verilerinin nasıl işlendiği ve izin seçeneklerin Gizlilik Politikası’nda yazar. Dilek kutusundan gönderdiğin fikirleri Oyunu geliştirmek için kullanabiliriz; kişisel veri ya da hukuka aykırı içerik gönderme. İlerlemen cihazında saklanır; Oyunu silmek, verilerini temizlemek ya da cihazı kaybetmek onu silebilir ve geri getiremeyiz. Oyunu ve özelliklerini güncelleyebilir, değiştirebilir ya da sonlandırabiliriz.
Yasanın izin verdiği en geniş ölçüde Oyun “olduğu gibi” sunulur ve hiçbir garanti verilmez. Dolaylı ya da sonuçsal zararlardan, veri ya da ilerleme kaybından, Oyuna dayanarak gerçek hayatta verdiğin kararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Toplam sorumluluğumuz, talepten önceki on iki ayda Oyun için bize ödediğin tutarla sınırlıdır. Bazı ülkelerde bu sınırlar geçerli değildir; o durumda yalnız yasanın izin verdiği ölçüde uygulanır. Bu Koşullar Apple, Google ya da Huawei ile değil bizimle aranızdadır; bu şirketler Oyundan ve içeriğinden sorumlu değildir. App Store’dan indirdiysen Apple’ın Lisanslı Uygulama Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi de geçerlidir. Koşulları güncelleyebiliriz; önemli bir değişiklikte Oyun devam etmeden önce yeni sürümü kabul etmeni ister.
